Research On The Network Layout Of Heavy Automobile Part Supply Logistics

Along with the trends of automobile, parts and components supporting nationalization and globalization, there are many problems in the supply of Shannxi Heavy Duty Automobile Parts, such as the parts supply business are widely distributed and their distance to Shaanxi heavy duty truck are far more than 300km. This article is based on analysis of the Shannxi heavy duty automobile parts supply, then make mathematical model. In this article, We take the layout of Shaanxi heavy duty automobile parts logistics network in the method of combining of qualitative and quantitativeIn this article, we propose the main elements, the principle of layout and the influencing factors of heavy duty automobile parts supply logistics network layout based on the existing theories. The heavy duty automobile parts supply logistics network should integrate the local logistics resources effectively. Through analyzing and researching on the current status of Shaanxi Heavy automobile and its logistics support, we submit their main problems and the importance of establishment of heavy duty automobile parts supply logistics network.Analyzing the distribution and supply of the parts suppliers, we divide region according to the distance between them, then we select several alternative address as the heavy duty automobile parts supply logistics network considering the local highway conditions, geographical location and economic development. We build Baumol——Wolfe model with the target of minimum total cost and get the optimal solution. With the model, we get the Shaanxi heavy duty automobiles parts supply logistics network should be set up in Chengdu, Nanchang, Wuhan, Nanjing, Liuan, Yingkou and Shangzhou.
