With the aggravation of the market competition,under the assumption that the production cost can’t be decreased, the company has to find out a way to change the strategy of development.Decreasing the cost of sales logistics is another point for increasing profit. As far as the iron and steel enterprise is concerned decreasing the cost of logistics can alleviate the situation of high cost, high price and low profit. The transportation cost is a big portion of the sales logistic cost, so,in this paper,we will decrease the sales logistics cost by studying how to allocate the sales logistics network node of steel company.In this paper,we choose H Iron & steel enterprise as the study object. The paper provides some advices with finding out the problem existing in the distribution of the sales logistics network node by analyzing the present situation of the sales logistics network node, and proposes the improvement measures. The regional sales of H Iron & steel enterprise is divided into 6 parts. according to the good and bad degree of sales, we respectively optimizes the distribution of the sales logistics network node by the principal component analysis method and the center of gravity method. By comparison, the result from this paper have achieved better results in all aspects of economic benefit, social benefit and safety. Optimizing the distribution of the sales logistics network node can decrease the sales logistics cost, improve efficiency, enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise, get closer with the customers and build a more economic, prompt and efficient logistic system.Finally, the method used in this paper can be applied to more companies and industries. Therefore, this paper has a high reference significance in application and extension.
