| In recent years, the logistics of our country have come to a fast development period, and logistic enterprises are emerging quickly. According to the latest statistics, at present, the registered enterprises with the name of "logistics" are about 13 million or so in our country. The fast development of logistics leads to the appearance of numerous logistics company in different level or situation, however we currently have some difficulties on the evaluation of the logistics enterprise:on the one hand, industry standards and logistics enterprise evaluation index system is not established; On the other hand, the traditional financial index evaluation method cannot reflect the operation efficiency and level of logistics enterprise therefore. In order to regulate and guide the healthy development of the logistics, we urgently need to find new methods to carry out comprehensive evaluation of enterprise operation efficiency, and find out the influences of the efficiency, put forward reasonable proposals for the efficiency improvement of logistics enterprise.Based on the analysis of the development of Chinese logistics industry, combined with the existing theories and methods about evaluation of enterprise efficiency, this paper chooses the DEA method to analysis the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale remuneration of the three kinds of logistics enterprises in our country, with 50 samples for each kind. For the further study of the efficiency factors on logistics enterprise, this paper adopts the regression analysis method to find out the influence factors of the efficiency firstly, and then, combined with 2 cases of logistics companies, it concludes the present influence factors of logistics enterprises in our country efficiency. Finally, this article puts forward improving efficiency of advice from the government, industry associations and the point of view of the enterprise. |
