Economic Cycle And Eenterprise Investment Behavior The Correlation Analysis

Economic cycle is cyclical fluctuations features, because many of the enterprise do not fully understand and master economy fluctuation characteristics, blind investment, causing that investment efficiency is low or in financial difficulties, and even bankruptcy.This paper aimed to provide for business investment opportunity and investment strategy choice through the analysis of correlation of the economic cycle and enterprise micro investment behavior.This paper analyzes correlation of the economic cycle and enterprise micro investment behavior by using qualitative and quantitative research of combining research method. Research found that enterprise investment behavior and economic cycle will have obvious relationship. Assets pre-tax profit margins, and receivables turnover rate, inventory turnover and economic cycle will have positive fluctuation relationship; Monetary fund average value and economic cycle has reversed direction fluctuation relationship; Fixed asset investment growth rate and economic cycle showed no relevance. Analyze the economic cycle investment successful cases and inverse economic cycle investment failure case, and expounded the enterprise should how the economic cycle in the different stages of investment and management; How to identify economic cycle inflection point and utilization of inflection point.The innovation of this paper is that the correlation of enterprise micro investment fluctuations of interest rate and economic cycle is analyzed by using empirical method. Enterprise micro investment fluctuations ratio is asset pre-tax profitability, fixed asset investment growth, monetary fund averages, and receivables turnover rate, inventory turnover of economic cycle. Because of China's securities market expansion and listed company to raise the level of management, this paper empirical analysis results are basically confirmed the theoretical analysis.
