There are over 50 years on abroad about the study of employee turnover. These years, the native also pay attention to the study of employee turnover, but the studies of 80s' college graduate employees turnover are not many. This essay aiming at the issue of 80s' college graduate employees turnover, apply the Price-Mueller (2000) employee turnover model to analysis the key factors of 80s'college graduate employees turnover, and make the analysis of variances on the employee turnover tendency and the key factors by survey and statistical analysis. Through this way we can find out the methods to reduce the employee turnover rate and apply the retention strategies for the employers.The essay mainly reaches the following conclusions:Firstly, the key factors of college graduates employee turnover include:organizational commitment, job satisfaction, job search behavior and promotional chance. Secondly, the employee turnover tendency exists the significant variances between 22-24 and 25-27,22-24 and 28-30. In comparison the level of 22-24 years old employee turnover tendency is lower. Thirdly, the employee turnover tendency exists the significant variances between undergraduate degree employee and master degree employee. Lastly, the turnover tendency of employee whose work time is below one year is higher compared to others.Finally, on the basis of empirical results, the essay concludes the following employee retention strategies:Firstly, notice to investigate the organizational commitment, positive affectivity and job involvement during the recruitment. Secondly, establish and improve the multi-directional career development. Lastly, set the human resources measures to improve the cost of turnover. Improve the turnover cost of 80s'college graduates employees from the material and spiritual.
