Telecommunication business is a pillar industry for a country, also an industry with high input and high-risk. Especially under such a condition, the reforming of the telecommunication industry, full service operation,overseas expansion, the application of the new technology, the implementation of information strategy transition, telecommunication business management reinforce, each of those may lead to risk in different level. At the same time, with the constant financial issues from the beginning of this century and the improvement in requirement of financial information around the world, the reinforcement of supervision in-company itself, also the sustainable development in 3G age, for China's telecommunications business, how to seize the opportunity and mitigate risks will determine its future. Analyzing the venture and the reason for it, enhancing the venture administration in telecommunications business is becoming a pressing and important research. This paper puts forward the countermeasures that we should enhance venture administration and in-company control to prevent and resolute firm risks, on the basis of analyzing risks such as strategy, operation, finance and so on, in telecommunications business in our country, through the study and analysis of venture and in-company management work in the telecommunication unit that the author works in.
