After several years of hibernation, the global financial crisis has bottomed out gradually. At the same time, global warming, climate disasters, animal collective death and a series of environmental issues also sound the alarm, which urges people to rethink their economic behavior and seek a new kind of economic growth mode. Thus, in the post-crisis era, the development of low-carbon economy is a global human consensus. As the core of the economy, finance plays the most important role in the development of low-carbon economy as the result of the green credits, carbon finance and other financial emerged as the representative of the green finance. However,at present development of the green finance in China is still in the primary stage, which is extremely inconsistent with the international status of the seller of the right to carbon emissions. Therefore, under the framework of low-carbon economy, the research about the financial innovation in China not only has profound theoretical significance, which also has important practical significance. This innovation in this article is that the foothold is not climate change itself, but from the green finance. I analyze the development of current status and the existing problems in the green finance, also I make some useful exploration in the adjustment of bank credit and financial product innovation. On this basis, this article eaborates the opportunities and challenges that we try to comprehensively promote the China's economic development, green finance and low carbon from the micro and macro level and how to meet challenges, overcome difficulties and obstacles.This article is divided into seven parts:Chapter One: Introduction. Introduce the writing background and significance; the domestic and overseas research and application status; the research mentality, method and possible innovation spot of the thesis.Chapter Two: Overview the framework of low-carbon economy. This chapter details the emergence and content of low-carbon economy, and elaborates the international trend of low-carbon economy and the economic transformation in China to the low carbon economy.Chapter Three: Green finance, financial innovation within the framework of low-carbon economy. This chapter introduces the basic situation of green finance, focusing on analysis of the important green areas in financial innovations- carbon finance. At the same time, looking the prospects for development of the green finance Chapter Four: The situation and problems of the development of green finance. This chapter describes the status of green finance and analyzes the current problems and the great challenges faced when we develop the green finance.Chapter Five: The credit adjustment and innovation research in our commercial bank in the frame of green finance. This article elaborates the opportunities of green finance by the Industrial Bank of the financial practice case studies. In terms of product innovation in the green finance, this article focus on the green supply chain financing to pull the green financial innovation, and analyze the risks of development with green financial innovation.Chapter Six: Promoting the macro-financial innovation strategy of the economic development of low-carbon in China. This article refers to some recommendations to draw on advanced international experience in the financial system to carry out innovative reforms, and active carbon finance activities. Also we should promote and cultivate the development of Chinese characteristics carbon markets and strive to make green finance as economy boosters of a low-carbon.Chapter Seven:Conclusion. This chapter summarizes innovations and shortcomings of the research in this article and defines the direction of research in the future.
