The Comparison And Enlightenment Of International Experience In Developing Carbon Finance

Currently, International carbon finance are getting a rapid development,some countries are conducting research and cooperation about carbon finance,and have formed a relatively complete operating mechanism in the aspects of financial system,carbon finance institutions,carbon asset management.For instance,when considering carbon trading system,the EU is forced to take the task of reducing the carbon emission;the USA is not a member of "Kyoto Protocol" and the Chicago Climate Exchange is a voluntary system of mandatory emissions reduction mechanisms to join.When considering carbon finance,the USA has already owned a fairly complete operating system for carbon funds. However, compare to the rapid development of international carbon finance,carbon finance in China starts late. There are lots of problems to be solved in developing carbon finance in China.In the circumstances, First, we conduct a detailed study on the developing situation of the EU,USA,Japan and other countries from the aspects of markets,financial institutions, businesses and government. Second,we study the status of carbon finance in China from the aspects of market,exchange agency and policy, therefore,we finds the problem about development. Third, by drawing on advanced international experience,we put forward the proposal of developing China's carbon finance.
