The Research On Finance Performance Evaluation Of Farmer Specialized Cooperative Economic Organizations In Deyang City

Building a new socialist countryside drives a major historic task, which is put forward by the CPC Central Committee in China's modernization. To develop high performance, superior quality professional farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations is in the first place under building a new socialist countryside. "Farmer Cooperatives Law" was formally promulgated in 2006, it's marked that the development of farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations had brought into the construction of the legal track, the development of farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations is not only by the "quantity", but also depends on"quality."Thus, establishing a reasonable financial performance evaluation index system assesses specialized cooperative economic organizations of farmers effectively, it is particularly urgent and important.This paper connects with the hot spots closely, based on the system innovation theory, economic organization theory and performance evaluation theory, under the status of few researches on financial performance of farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations in China, this paper use research methods synthetically, such as integrated AHP-GEM algorithm method, case analysis method, questionnaire method, comparative analysis method, efficiency coefficient method and others. To build the financial performance evaluation system of farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations scientifically by using expert scoring method from the farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations own financial performance and financial performance of service members. The empirical analysis based on the 76 financial performances of specialized farmers cooperatives in Deyang City of Sichuan Province, and the empirical results are analyzed. Finally, it proposes several suggestions accordingly. It's to be the important complements to professional farmers cooperative economic organization performance evaluation. This study is expected it can provide a theoretical reference and practical guidance to the performance evaluation of farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations for government and other decision-making departments. It aims to inspire farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations, in order to promote its further development.In this paper, the research results and conclusions are as follows:(1)The evaluate results show that the construction of financial performance evaluation index system of farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations is rational and efficient, it's able to identify the levels of financial performance of farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations.(2)The levels of overall financial performance of farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations are poor in Deyang City; it mainly shows that the organizations' levels of financial performance are poor and the abilities of organizational service members are limited.(3)The financial performance of farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations is not balanced in Deyang City.
