As the same, the HR management has played one of the most important roles in management. The time that Chinese enterprises entered market economy system is later than other countries'companies, plus the impact of globalization and information, all of that propose big challenges to Chinese enterprises. If our enterprises want to compete with foreign-invested enterprises and achieve sustainable development, they must attach great importance to management, especially to HR management. While, in the whole system of HR management, the salary management is the most fundamental and important one in all of the functions. So for the company, the salary is the basic mean to attract, keep and encourage the staff. For the staff, the salary is the basic reason to engage in a job. Scientific and effective salary system of the company can not only attract and keep high-quality personnel but also improve the using efficiency of HR resources in the company, which could contribute to achieving the business objectives.Established in 1995, The XW group is the listed company of Shenzhen stock exchange and one of the largest printing companies. It is engaged in tickets and certificates printing, data processing, digital printing, sticker labels printing, multicolor printing, intelligent cards producing. Although the company maintains sound development momentum, but its salary system lacks incentive and the salary management is odorless. All these shortages have caused the hinder dangers.Basing on the present management situation of the XW group, this text analyzed the salary system and then found out the shortage in the system and the reason of the shortage. Then applying the related therapy and the latest designing methods, re-designed and re-developed the salary system, integrating the present management situation and the characteristic of the staff. At last, it assessed the new salary system and indicated the shortage. Inculcating kinds of therapy and ways such as position evaluation, full salary, broadband salary, this text could apply directive function to meet the development needs of the companies.But owing to the limited time and knowledge, there are many shortages in the text, so I would be honored if my teachers and classmates could criticize and correct these shortages. |
