Among all business administrations, enterprise salary management based on financial perspective is the most important, unique, and most challenging issue. It is the most creative one as well. Its success is bound to bring lasting competitive advantages for its enterprises.A lot of enterprises and institutions all think that salary management is of great importance. But the tough issue that they face comes as follows: How to work out a compensation system for an enterprise? How to choose its strategy? How to design? How to forecast the compensation cost and make its budget? Based on financial perspective, this paper aims at probing into the new ways of enterprise's compensation management so as to minimize its compensation management cost and maximize its profits.Based on financial perspective, this paper studies enterprises' compensation management and states its content, process and principals as well as the factors and choices of salary design and the main factors that influence the enterprise's salary policy. Then, it farther demonstrates the management of salary cost, that is, how to make a budget of compensation cost? How to decide the salary index system and the total sum of salary? How to forecast salary and control its cost? In order to optimize salary cost and maximize the economic profits, this paper also demonstrate how to design salary mode, especially team salary? How to design salary for the key talents alluding to their own contributions and how to manage salary cost, as well as how to plan individual income tax system. By analyzing and according to specific cases, this paper finally offers a good example for enterprise's salary management from financial perspective, which will give certain inspirations and references to enterprises' compensation management.Through research, the ultimate aim of this paper is offering theoretical foundation and methods for the tax-paying plan of enterprises' salary design as well as for the individualized design plan of enterprises' salary management. In conclusion, this paper is to offer new methods for salary management so as to minimize the cost and maximize the profits of the enterprises.
