The ecnomic comptition of the century is in fact the competition ofhuman capital .the competition will become more and more serious afterchina become amember of the WTO, because the globalizing economywill influnence chinese enterprises. The enterprise's existence anddevelopment depends on perfect incentive mechanism. The compensativeincentive is the most important and efficient in business in centivemechanism at present .the contradiction result compensation has becomeworse in chinese enterprises as a result of neglect and lacking experienceof human resources management during the long-term practice .forexample, compensative system has stop the development of manufacturedue to being short of compeitive power in the market. The incentive ofcompensation has weaken and side effect has strengthen on the contrary.The company will lose its superiority in the shaper market competitionwithout a compensative system suitable to the development of marketeconmy .how to design, establish and put into effect an efficientcompensative system is still a trouble for management team.In the first part of this paper, many compensative systems of foreignmodern enterprises are compared and analyzed, thechinese enterprisescan draw lessons form that .the second part of the thesis has a briefaccount about the basic comensation theory in the west econmics, and italso include the comrenhensive dissertation about the conception and thefunction of the principlies of how to design a compensative system.Adiagnosis is used to the oriinal compensative system of the Hunan electrictric power transmission and substation construction company inthe third part of the thesis redesign the compensative system of theHunan electrictric power transmission and substation constructioncompany. Based on the evaluation of the stuffs and the result, the paperdraw a conclusion about the revolution of the compensative system in the5thpart. The conclusion shows that reforming the compensative systemduring market economy can promote up the potential capability of humancaptial, and increase enterprise performance greatly. The last part of thispaper is that conclusion and hope.
