| In recent years, especially in the global financial crisis in 2008, our government has increased the intensity of investment in infrastructure construction and determination. Especially in the railway construction, in October 2008, the State Council announced that it would increase the railway construction investment of "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" to 2 trillion Yuan. The construction of such a large scale investment in railway construction led to a lot of construction projects. The construction has played a significant positive effect for the further expansion of Domestic demand and promoting economic growth.However, on the other hand, large-scale capital investment associates with large-scale building construction projects, the project period also becomes shorter. Then the risk and loss of construction companies that have many elements and complex relationship has expanded gradually. In order to avoid risks reduce the loss, it is necessary to study construction project risk management.This paper introduces the topics of background, significance, history and development of risk management, the main contents of this paper, the paper structure and the main research methods; Secondly, the paper describes the theory and methods of project management and project risk management, it also introduces the identification, estimation, evaluation and measures of the project risk management.Then, the paper explains and analyzes the status and problems of the project cost risk management. This paper uses the method of AHP to identify, estimate and evaluate the cost of the project risk management and selects the appropriate methods and strategies to deal with the project risks.Based on understanding and analysis of construction project risk management model and the actual project situation, the paper presents some specific risk response method, it has some positive effect for improving the awareness and level of the construction risk management. |
