The core target of modern logistics serves is that need to satisfy customers with the minimum comprehensive cost during the whole process of logistics. Distribution is the core link of logistics, its cost has possessed a very high proportion in the total cost. During the distribution process, because of customers are dispersed, and transportation situations on road are complicated, in terms of the medium-sized or small TPL enterprises, the key of raising the efficiency of distribution, is that economizes to distribution cost. The fact proves that optimizes the management of distribution by using modern information technique with the related strategy of mathematics model in reason, to raise the level of the service and management of distribution, is a very important path of raising the efficiency of distribution, decreasing operation cost, and carrying out distributing in scientific way for logistics enterprises.The XunXin logistics company is a TPL enterprise which had operated warehouse and distribution mainly. This paper introduces the operation condition of distribution centers of the company in detail. By analyzing some factors like organization structure, situation of customers, distribution mode, to put forward some problems which widespread exist in the distribution centers.For the above-mentioned problems, this paper consider the train station distribution center of the XunXin logistics company to be the research object, and consider minimization cost of transportation to be the basic target. At the foundation of the research in optimizing the distribution route by making use of mathematics model and heuristic algorithm, optimizing the vehicle scheduling by making use of modern logistics information likes GPS or GIS, the paper puts forward a optimized solution and suggest for the freight distribution of the XunXin logistics company. |
