Study The Management Pattern Of Angola LNG Project

In this paper, Bechtel, the Angolan LNG project as the research background, as the project is located in the Africa and Angola soyo, in this country the construction facility and resources are extremely poor, project around no water, electricity, fuel, communications, transportation and other necessary resources, almost all of the necessary resources to rely on imports to entire complete the project. In term of the manpower, the project is sublet to 25 sub-contractors, with 225 suppliers, long periods maintaining about 6,000 people, covering 50 countries and regions. In such condition, how Bechtel going to complete its project and achieve the magnificent tasks? It is worth for research.In this paper, we will study into the project contract, schedule, engineering, procurement, construction, information systems, security, file, procedure, sub-contractors, logistics and other aspects of management. Identify the gap of project management approach between the current Chinese construction enterprises to enter the international market, this have an important reference and transformation of meaning for the Chinese construction enterprises to enter international markets and enhance the management quality of construction enterprises in China.
