Evaluation And Management Of Grid Project Quality Based On D-S Evidence Fusion

Due to china will increase grid construction scale in the twelfth Five-Year Plans, this paper research evaluation and management of grid project quality based on project quality management theory and D-S evidence fusion. The main research findings are follows:To analysis deeply the background and significance, summary and review the research status at home and abroad, and finally give the technology research route.To present the definition, features, objective and process of this paper basing on project quality management theory, and the characteristic of project.To introduce project quality management theory into grid project, then summary the basic principle of grid project quality management.To analyze the function, principles, methods, evaluation standards and problems of the indexes of grid project quality evaluation, decompose grid project construction process, finally construct evaluation indexes system. To analysis the theory of D-S evidence, and the method of traditional evaluation, then summary evaluation method basing on D-S evidence fusion.To use D-S evidence fusion evaluation algorithm to evaluation an example, the result indicate that this method is feasible. Give the research conclusion and further improvement suggestion.
