Research On The Improvement Of X Country's Locomotive Project Quality Management

A company is not clear in the process of project quality management which the project quality management is replaced by the product quality management.Such kind of management is not good for the project.Therefore,we do a research on X project to find a way to increase the efficiency of the project quality management.Based on the investigation we find the current issues which need to be solved: the shortage of project quality management understanding;the QM not covers whole project process;the quality hold points and standards are not listed enough.At the same time,we do another research on the five points of the project quality management basic principles: the basis,tools and techniques of the project quality planning;the basis,tools and techniques of the project quality assurance;the project quality control method;the project quality cost management;the project quality improvement and etc.,and we combine with X project to make the following improve plan: 1.Bases on locomotive contract quality requirement and A company quality management process,to draw quality management cycle;2.To build the X project quality management group;3.To held the quality management training;4.To analyses the current work flow and to improve the unreasonable parts;5.To improve the shortcomings of the quality management target discrimination and work breakdowns;6.To identify the quality element during whole project process;7.To analyses the current quality procedure and to fix the treatment;8.To held the research on the hold point of the project whole process.By the implementation of the improvement measure,X project gets the better effect and KPI percentage completes 100%,and the quality target completes 100%.And we audit the Project Quality Management Rule,and improve the project quality management work procedure to get better efficacy and satisfy the customers.
