| Construction of the grid investment and cost of labor, materials, energy are enormous. If it’s not good management, will result in poor quality of construction, will lead to an accident or hazard, the consequences are unimaginable. Therefore, to do on-site quality management is to ensure stable power grid construction and high quality key to the power grid construction site quality comprehensive evaluation is imperative. However, the grid construction-site quality management involves a wide range of comprehensive evaluation, more links, of which both quantitative indicators, but there are a large number of qualitative indicators, it must be used in this evaluation of quantitative and qualitative decision-making combination approach. This paper presents the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the grid construction-site management of a comprehensive evaluation.
