Research On Index Evaluation System And Model Of Thermal Power Enterprises Social Responsibility

In the context of Economic Globalization and international business management, social responsibility is one of the decisive factors to success in globalization,so study corporate social responsibility(CSR). With the reform and development of electric power enterprises, evaluation CSR is important to improve and develop social responsibility theory and build a harmonious society. This article has designed a evaluation system on thermal power enterprises and constructed an evaluation model, in order to evaluate and monitor thermal power enterprises to fulfill CSR and guide thermal power enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities with a more correct idea, a more positive attitude and a more effective way.In this paper, first , it summarizes research results of domestic and foreign scholars on corporate social responsibility and elaborates theoryies about CSR, harmony and systems. Second, it analyzes the characteristics of thermal power enterprises and how does thermal power enterprises fulfill theirs social responsibility, and studies the conctent of thermal power enterprises's social responsibility from two angles. Again,with the guide of principles of purpose, operability, relative completeness and comparability ,from four aspects -- economic responsibility, environmental responsibility, legal responsibility and moral responsibility ,it designs a more scientific and complete thermal power a evaluation system on CSR of thermal power enterprises . Finally, it applies the method of Met degree vector to fix index coefficient,and builds harmonious degree model of economic responsibility, environmental responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility and social responsibility. And it select five listed companies of the five power generation groups for empirical analysis, and make a comprehensive ranking of the companies.Then it finds that the company which fulfill social responsibility well, fulifull economic, legal, environmental and ethical responsibility coordinately, and the company which focus only on the one hand of the responsibility ,is listed at back on the comprehensive ranking .
