Research On Social Responsibility Performance Evaluation Of Power Generation Enterprises

With the development of economy and the change of business environment, the enterprises should pay more and more attention to the social responsibility and fulfilling social responsibility. With the reform and development of electric power enterprises, power generation enterprises as an important part of electric power enterprises is of great significance to the development of research on electric power industry. In the wake of the development and progress of science and technology, although power enterprises have made progress in fulfilling social responsibilities, still need further supervision and perfection. In order to improve the power generation enterprise social responsibility consciously, guide the power generation enterprises to fulfill the social responsibility in a more positive attitude and scientific way, this paper build a performance evaluation system of the power generation enterprises social responsibility and quantify the power generation enterprises social responsibility performance.This paper analyzes the related research results of the domestic and foreign scholars, systematically expounds the theory of enterprises social responsibility and stakeholder theory and the theory of performance evaluation of enterprises social responsibility. Taking the characteristics of power generation enterprises into account, this paper analyzes the power generation enterprises social responsibility combined with stakeholder theory. On this basis, this paper designs the performance evaluation system of power generation entrprises social responsibility, which consists of three categories. The evaluation system divides power generation enterprises stakeholders into three types:individual stakeholders, social stakeholders and the natural environment stakeholders. On the basis of the principle of performance evaluation index system for the enterprises social responsibility, this paper builds the index system for the power generation enterprise social responsibility.In order to get the three groups of weight data and the optimal combination weights, this paper applies the entropy weight method and the variation coefficient method and the grey correlation method to calculate weight of the indexes respectively and uses performance optimization model to get the optimal combination weights. Finally, this paper analyzes the evaluation result by collecting the data and the sample of the annual report and social responsibility report of six listed power generation enterprisest. According to the score of the six power generation enterprises, this paper analyzes the performance and the level of the six power generation enterprises social responsibility and put forward the resonable suggestions. From the result, the enterprises can indentify the gaps and shortcomings between their performance levels, thus the enterprises can purposefully improve and perfect their social responsibility practice.
