The Research On Hexian Financial System Of Under Taking Industrial Transfer Demonstration Area

Along with the reform and opening-up, China's economy has achieved remarkable results. But as the eastern coastal area's rapid economic development and the concomitant continuous rise of the personnel and land resource prices, some domestic developed areas have appeared many outstanding economic problems such as constant labor drought, electricity drought. The best way to solve these problems lies in transferring some part of industry. Therefore, the government of Anhui province is actively undertaking industrial transfer, which has got relevant national policy support. On January 12 of 2010, the state council officially approved "The planning of wan jiang urban undertaking industrial transfer demonstration area ".As an important constituent of the "wan jiang urban undertaking industrial transfer demonstration", the ability of undertaking industrial transfer in Hexian is getting attention from all sectors of society. The financial system is particularly outstanding in the construction of undertaking industrial transfer. Combining with the local financial situation in Hexian, the paper especially analyzed the financial systern on the background of undertaking industry transfer in this paper, in order to analyze existing fiscal system of Hexian and investigate the defect in the process of undertaking industrial transfer, and to make some suggestion on the financial system construction. In addition, as the unique status of Jiangbei industrial district and its close relationship with financial system, we independently analyzed the fiscal system of the jiangbei industrial district and made relevant suggestion about financial system construction in this paper.We are trying to establish a complete financial system of Hexian from the background of undertaking industrial transfer in this paper, but in view of the limit of author's knowledge structure and the understanding level about Hexian, the study is still insufficient. We hope the preliminary research and some suggestions on Hexian financial system of undertaking industrial transfer in this paper will draw more in-depth research.
