Study On Industrial Chain Of Vegetables Industry In Hexian Based On SCP Model

Since the reform and opening up,China’s rapid development of vegetable industry,whether it is sown area of vegetables or vegetable output got rapid promotion,and vegetable industry has already become a pillar industry of the development of agricultural economy in the main vegetable producing areas,promote the farmer income growth,increase rural employment status is also increasingly prominent.And the county as a national non pollution vegetable production base il the county,after 30 years of development,has realized the planting scale,regional and branding,standardization degree is high,in the country in a leading position in the vegetable production,have high visibility and influence.But the theory research on the county vegetable industry development is relatively less,which restricted the further development of the county vegetable industry to a certain extent.Especially with the rapid economic development and people’s living standards continue to improve,consumer demand for vegetables from simply the pursuit of quantity to quantity change,this is undoubtedly the vegetable product quality and vegetables industry development put forward higher requirements,but at present the theoretical research is relatively weak,need to lag behind the development of reality,it has become a real problem to be solved urgently county vegetable industry development.In this paper,based on the general situation of the development of history and the overall production of vegetable industry in the county are analyzed,using the theory of industrial organization in the SCP analysis model,analyzed deeply from two aspects,and the county of vegetables planting and vegetable processing industry.The results found in the county vegetable industry,vegetable production layout exists certain concentrated production areas,however,due to the characteristics of vegetable planting number is numerous and most vegetable producers production business operation is small in scale,decentralization of market share makes the economic scale of vegetable production can not play,not conducive to the market competitiveness of vegetable industry upgrade.As the benefit mechanism of vegetable farmers and producers of vegetable enterprise more loose,is often the price of vegetables recipients,unable to form long-term and stable profit growth,vegetable planting industry profit rate gradually reduced.But for the vegetable industry,vegetable processing enterprises and the county small number,but with the industry’s leading enter’prises there is a certain gap,mainly take the low price strategy of vegetable processing enterprises to participate in market competition,the overall efficiency is low;the non price strategy from the vegetable processing enterprises have taken the view,at present the county vegetable processing enterprise for its own brand promotion,product quality assurance and technical R&D pay more attention to enhance their visibility,in while still focus on the self improvement of product quality,has a high market potential.Based on the study results,the article also objectively evaluates the advantage and the county vegetable industry at present and the existence of the short board and development potential,combined with industry development issues put forward relevant policy recommendations,to provide help and guidance in order to the development of vegetable industry in the county.
