China's Securities Investment Fund Governance Structure

Securities investment fund is a kind of new capital form which meets the financial market development requirement in the process of transfromation from the planned Economy to the mrket economy in China. Securities investment fund Gatheres the functions of Investment funds finance,risk sharing,interests sharing and professional operation,which has extremely important meaning to the development of the whole national economy and capital market.As the Chinese securities investment fund rapidly develops,the infringement of the fund investors'interests occurs from time to time. Although management layer implemented a series of institutional arrangements and measures in respect of policy guidance,institution formulation and transplantation to have greatly improved the governance situation of Chinese securities investment fund,the lack of protection for the fund investors'interests and the fund principal-agent are still big problems in the governance of Chinese securities investment fund.The paper reviews the fundmental theories of fund govenance,and introduces the status quo of the governance structure of Securities investment fund,analyzes the main problem and deep-rooted reasons of the governance structure of Securities investment fund, then proposes the basic structural framework of the governance structure of Securities investment fund in China,and gives the Corresponding policy suggestions of improving the governance structure of Securities investment fund in China.
