The Unification Of The Medical Insurance System For Urban And Rural Residents Research

In order to provide equitable health care services between urban residents and rural residents, the medical insurance system in China began to unified design between the city and the countryside. But the medical insurances are separated, so to explore the integration of the urban residents'health insurance and the new rural cooperative medical system has become the key to promote and improve the medical insurance system.Ningguo City was a pilot city in medical and health care reform, the urban residents' health insurance and the new rural cooperative medical system in this city are developing well. In order to promote and improve the medical insurance system, Ningguo City unified the urban residents'health insurance and the new rural cooperative medical system in 2010. The author analyse the details when the two systems into ones, according to provide reference for our integration medical insurance system.This paper using the methods of literature combine with empirical research, qualitative analysis combine with quantitative analysis. On the one hand, the author collected the specific policies. On the other hand, the author surveyed the actual situation by questionnaires. Then the author found the achievements and shortcomings in this system unified. Finally, the author put forward some opinions to improve and perfect the unified system.
