Based On Our Trust Mode Of Economic Structure Adjustment

As a kind of management system of property transfer, six rectifications in 31 years indicates that Trust has experienced development, improvement and innovation in our country. It has been corrected in the aspects of functional dislocation, legal system deficiencies, management weakness and lax supervision. However, we have to still be doubt about the applicability of this Trust mode due to lots of failure cases. The discussion of how to expand the market share in trust and improve the development of trust business in this situation should based on current conditions of domestic demand, and refer to the foreign trust's development experience. This article consider economic restructuring of Trust as the main line, explain defects in the exist Trust system from after dialectical analysis of successful model of trust development in the relevant developed countries, then study how to make economic industrial structure adjustment in use of Trust in our country. The first chapter is the definition of analysis of the Trust. This chapter discourse from special meaning under our country's situation and the relationship between the trustees, the principal and the beneficiary, locate Trust's economic adjustment functions through further study of "Entrusted by the people, generate finance instead". This part plays a fundamental role in the expansion of the full-text. Chapter II reviewed the literature to introduce the content of China's economic and industrial restructuring, as well as the development of trust business in China. The third chapter describes the role of Trust around the world in national economy. To review the origin and development in the UK and in the United States the inheritance and innovation in the United States, Japan and other countries as the starting point, we grasp the special historical conditions and social environment in evolution of the trust system accurately by means of combining comparative analysis and historical analysis which leads a comprehensive analysis of Trust role in these country in economic restructuring. Combined with the application in economic wave in three countries, we find the effect and advantage of Trust in economic restructuring in China's industries. Chapter IV focuses on the method of conducting economic restructuring in our existing trust model and whether it's feasible. Chapter V provides a comprehensive introduction of ideas in economic restructuring by means of trust model in the basis of analysis in previous chapters. This chapter is to explain the existing trust role in our country combined with examples and how to further develop new field, new capabilities and new products of Trust to promote economic structural adjustment. Chapter IV and V is the focus in this article.
