Study On The Electronic Purchase Management Of China Mobile

E-procurement is the important trend of purchasing management. The implementation of e-procurement plays an important role in enterprise because it can improve the efficiency, reduce the costs and shorten the purchasing time. Meanwhile, E-procurement makes purchasing timely and procurement process more openly; this has an important significance for enterprise's development.This study introduced the development background of e-procurement by the example of China Mobile. The development background includes macroscopic background and microcosmic background. Then the study reviews related literature. In the second part, the author first introduces the purchasing management theory under the supply chain mode, then summarizes the purchasing electronic process, and proposes the idea of establishing purchasing electronic platform and process, finally introduces the material coding theory, electronic anti-related research, application of electronic commerce in E-procurement.The third and the fourth chapters are the main parts of the study. The third chapter introduced the e-procurement platform of China Mobile. On this basis, the author try to build a platform in which project is given priority to and supplemented by material code. This platform achieved interactive e-commerce of B2B, electronic approval and reverse auction. This platform in inhere purchasing electronic platform was put forward on the basis of exploratory: namely four in the system of material recorded and increased B2B explore and realize the analysis, online communication mode, electronic reverse auctions and approval single electron for examination and approval. Finally, the research provides a summary and outlook, the author thinks that the new purchasing electronic platform to establish and perfect the move will promote the development of purchasing electronic of China Mobile.
