China's property rights transaction markets are established under the unique institutional environment of the economic system reform and transition after reform and opening-up, for the intention of meeting the requirements of state-owned enterprise reform, restructuring and various types of property rights circulation, which are typical capital markets with Chinese characteristics. After 20 years of flexuous development, China's property rights markets, as major components in the marketization process of China, have been playing an active role in enhancing state-owned enterprise reform, actualizing the orderly circulation of state-owned property rights, providing services to enterprise mergers and restructuring, resolving the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises, promoting regional economic growth etc.With the further development of the socialist market economic system reform, China's property rights transaction markets which function as multi-tiered fundamental capital markets have manifested many problems unaccustomed to new economic situations as regards the function positioning of markets, organization forms of transaction institutions, structures of transaction varieties, modes of transactions, market programming and the like.Under the background of China's adjustment of economic structures, changes of capital market environment and regional economic development, the author of the present dissertation firstly reviews the development course of the property rights transaction markets of China and analyzes the practical significance of their existence and development. Based on the analysis of the basic patterns of transaction markets and the present situation of transactions, the author then points out various problems unaccustomed to the development of China's current property rights transaction markets and proposes some concrete methods for their future development. Grounded on China's enhancement of regional economic growth and the extremely unbalanced development currently existing in regional property rights transaction markets, Chapter 6 firstly explores the interactive relationships between regional economic development and regional property rights transaction markets on the basis of the theory of regional economic integration, secondly indicates the significance of the economic enhancement in the central and western region by establishing property rights transaction markets, and finally on the basis of regional economic development programming promoted by various regions, proposes some suggestions for establishing property rights transaction markets in typical regions.
