The Study On The Choice Of Outward FDI Mode For China's Enterprises

With the rapid development of the China's economic, foreign direct investment in China's enterprises accelerate the pace of investment which have been expanding. The domestic enterprises engage in FDI activities more and more frequently, which indicates that China's FDI has grown the transition from the initial development to the golden development period. Meanwhile, the world economy is facing unprecedented difficulties due to the global financial crisis. The majority of developed countries are experiencing an economic recession or stagnation, and asset prices fall into the bottom overnight. However, the impact of the global financial crisis on China's economy is relatively limited and fewer losses, which offer new opportunities for the development of China's Foreign Direct Investment.Based on existing theory and the literature summarizes research in the field of FDI entry mode choice, combining the case of our business FDI model analysis the factors of FDI into the mode selection, make comprehensive and systematic analysis in the status and options of foreign direct investment in China's enterprises, study its problems. Finally, Chinese enterprises should make the scientific assessment of all risks faced and important factors influencing the choice of attention when select FDI entry mode. Meanwhile, Chinese enterprises should give scientific and rational use of policy of guidance and support by government. Only in this way can it promote Chinese enterprises of foreign direct investment.
