The Research On East Asia Economic Cooperation Factor And Chinese Strategic Choice

Today , as economic globalization developing, there are many new characteristics about the regional economic cooperation. By the analysis about the mode and path of the NAFTA which is the mature regional economic organization, combining characteristics of East Asia, we find the factors which can promote East Asia cooperation. Then, we are looking for the strategy which China should be adopted in East Asia economic cooperation, to promote Chinese development in regional economic cooperation.This paper first stated the basic theory of regional economic cooperation. Secondly analyzes the development course of the NAFTA. Then, analyzes the characteristics and cooperation in East Asia, and puts forward the factors to promote the cooperation. In the fourth part the paper analyzes the strategic choice of China. We see China as an enterprise, because of the following three advantages:First, we see China as an enterprise in order to highlight the integrity. On the world economic stage, China itself is a whole one in participation. It cannot be separated, also cannot be measured by taken out a part of it. Similarly, in economic activities enterprise is a whole one .The one who measured it by purchasing, production, sales or after-sale alone is one-sided behavior.Second, we see China as an enterprise in order to highlight the competition. The world stage is full of competition. There is competition in both partners and competitors. Similarly, an enterprise in market must improve the competition ability.Third, we see China as an enterprise in order to highlight the profitability. The profitability this paper refers to, not only refers to the increases of economic income. China to participate the international cooperation, not only to economic development, however, cultivating good international relations, enhancing the international image, are also the reason participating in international economic cooperation. As an enterprise, also can't just limit to enterprise profit increase. In the modern enterprise management theory, it had abandoned the profit maximization business goals, but takes the maximization of enterprise value as a target. It not only ensures economic profit, but also proposes promoting enterprise image; improve the comprehensive enterprise value and social influence. And it is in unison with China in international economic cooperation goals.So, this article takes the enterprise strategic management theory method to analyze the external and internal environment about China.There are two innovative aspects in this article:First, is the use of quantitative data. By the analysis about The NAFTA .we see America is the most benefit country. Then we were inspired in East Asia economic cooperation, desalting history and politics contradictions, the main reason to actively advocate regional economic cooperation is the economic development.Second, is using the research methods of management to analysis the regional economic cooperation problem. The SWOT and PEST analytical applications to regional economy, realizes the effective combination of management and economics.
