Along with the change of commercial technology environment development, more and more enterprises began to focus on the important significance of knowledge resources to gain strategic advantages. Staff's knowledge is an important source of knowledge resources, the knowledge sharing among employees can not only promote the knowledge flowing in different positions, team and departments, increasing the utilization efficiency of the knowledge and experience, reducing "trial and error" costs, but can also transform the individual knowledge into organizational knowledge effectively, promoting technology innovation and forming the unique strategic resource of organization. This article explains employees'knowledge sharing behavior in theory and empirical from the Angle of organizational socialization, and provide a new basis for enterprise to practice knowledge management.In theory, this paper discusses the relationship between the socialization process and knowledge sharing behavior pattern development process. We summarizes the four stages of knowledge sharing behavior patterns after the staff entering enterprises, including anticipatory socialization stage- knowledge sharing behavior expectations formation stage, conflict stage- knowledge sharing behavior adjust stage, adjust validation stage- knowledge sharing behavior pattern formation stage, curing stage-knowledge sharing behavior model development and curing stage. The theory describes the formation and development of employee knowledge sharing behavior. Thereby, the key factors and stages of knowledge sharing behavior have been grasped in dynamic. And the optimal opportunity for organization to implement knowledge sharing management measures has been Points out also.In empirically, this paper explores the relationship between the four dimensions of organizational socialization and knowledge sharing behavior. Empirical analysis results show that organizational culture socialization, job competency socialization, interpersonal relationship socialization and knowledge sharing has positive correlation, and organizational political socialization has negative adjustment role in three influence path. Through researching the relationship between the different dimensions of organizational socialization and knowledge sharing, we established the integration model of knowledge sharing affecting factors, detailing the relationship between knowledge sharing and organizational socialization, providing a new method for knowledge management. The enterprise may also promote the knowledge sharing behavior happened among employees by focusing Enterprise and employee's fusion degree, namely, the socialization degree to promote employee share knowledge.Through the research in this paper, we provide some new ideas on the integration of the factors affecting knowledge sharing, and also provide a new method for the enterprise to promote the employees sharing knowledge.
