As China's economic environment increasingly complex, enterprise organization often find more and more enterprises' talents through the recruitment and selection methods for maintaining long-lasting competitive and dynamic , so as to the sustainable development of enterprises into the FN. The newcomers are important human resources which make organization continually develop,their ability, skill and knowledge are the key factors of organization's core competence in future. How carrying on training and developing to the newcomers is the important topic which each modern enterprise must face. The newcomers' work adjustment not only relates to the work-life quality and the career development of their own, but also to pro- moting human capital increment and management efficiency enhancement. Enter- prises take on the newcomer what the strategy can strengthen newcomer organization socialization process and can enter the ranks of organizations. Newcomer can expect to reach the goal of organizations. Therefore, in the course of employees' organization socializing in our corporate, Enterprises to adopt the strategy of community of the newcomer of the impact of community organizations, the change of employee engagement and the change of employees' psychological contract are all deserved to be discussed and studied very much.Accordingly, this dissertation confines in the process of organization socialization, takes newcomers as the study object, starts with the various information that newcomers meet with at entering the enterprise, to explore the change of the organization socialization tactics of enterprise, the degree of organizational socialization , engagement, and psychological contract of employees by applying questionnaire. By empirical analysis, the main conclusions are such as: First, the newcomers' age, the degree of education and Marital status are not correlation with the degree of organization socialization .But Gender of employees are evidently positive correlation with the degree of organization socialization. Secondly, the social organization of the collective strategy, a formal strategy, the serial strategy with the newcomer of the extent of influential social organizations. Enterprises in the training of newcomers shall be based on the actual characteristics of the newcomers take corresponding strategy for training. For example, military industrial enterprises take on formal and collective strategy on the very effective. Third, the social organization of the strategy for the investiture strategy for the employee engagement of the influential. Organizations should be based on the personality of each new employee training for new staff. This can increase the employee engagement and reducing turnover rate. Finally, the collective strategies of organizational socialization tactics have an important impact to breach the psychological contract of newcomers...
