With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, how to get resources, share resources and make the value of the resources increase becomes the focus and difficulty enterprise to solute. Currently high-tech enterprise staff is given priority with the youth, one advantage of such employees is high degree, and they have rich reserves of knowledge and abilities to accept new knowledge quickly. So the important thing for high-tech enterprises and employee to solve is the problem how employees share their knowledge with each other、adapt to the sharing system in enterprise、convert the knowledge into productivity. Summarizing previous scholars’ researches on knowledge management shows that the core of knowledge management is knowledge sharing, and then, knowledge sharing becomes the basis for enterprise to create knowledge advantage. Therefore, how to promote the enterprise internal knowledge sharing into scholars and management practitioners’ focus. Through open interview we found out that one of the key factors influencing knowledge sharing in A enterprise is situational factors of organization, knowledge sharing goes with the process of employee social organization always. This paper explored the mechanism of organizational socialization acted on knowledge sharing in A enterprise, having important theoretical significance to fill gap of knowledge sharing in this research field; provided effective management advice to A c enterprise, having an important practical significance.This paper interviewed 23 employees and leaders from A enterprise to collect data, analyzed current situation and diagnosed problem about knowledge sharing during the process of social organization. Such as in this company organizational training lack feedback mechanism so that employees don’t want to share their knowledge. At the same time we found coworker support has an important effect on knowledge sharing. If one gets help from others, he enjoys sharing knowledge and skills; if other coworkers exclude one and they don’t offer help when he needs the help, then he will do the same thing to them. The other dimensions of organizational socialization also have influence on sharing and learning knowledge among employees. And then, carry out a questionnaire survey, take 243 employees as the investigation object. Through the tracking investigation lasted nearly half one year, get the relevant data, and, make the test of the reliability and validity, correlation analysis and path analysis, then, draw the following conclusions: organizational socialization makes positive effect on knowledge sharing.Finally, this paper put forward solutions to solve the problem we found out about A enterprise. Before and after employees work in role the managers of the enterprises may pay attention to the effect of different dimensions of organizational socialization on knowledge sharing, improve the efficient utilization and development of knowledge resources.
