Research On Performance Evaluation Of Refrigeration And Air Conditioning Industry Listed Companies Of China

The refrigeration and air conditioning industry in China started in the 1950s, after decades of development, at present China has become refrigeration and air conditioning industry manufacturing power, refrigeration and air conditioning industry has become an important part of GNP. However, as the global economic integration and increased labor costs in China, the Chinese cost advantage of refrigeration and air conditioning industry will become increasingly smaller, and then refrigeration and air conditioning industry enterprise will face more and more international competition. The listed companies of Refrigeration and air conditioning industry in China, on behalf of China Refrigeration and air conditioning industry high technical level, compare to International big company, also have large gap on advanced technology, product innovation, high-end products, the number of independent intellectual property rights etc. Therefore, how to analysis performance evaluation of refrigeration and air conditioning industry listed company in China, improve their competitiveness, prompted refrigeration and air conditioning industry enterprise from low-end production to high-end brand forward, it becomes an urgent need. View of this, this article to listed companies of refrigeration and air conditioning industry as the research object, mainly engaged in the following research.(1)On the analysis of performance evaluation of domestic and international history, the history of domestic refrigeration and air conditioning industry, the basic characteristics and overview of China refrigeration and air conditioning industry listed companies, established the index system in performance evaluation of the listed companies of refrigeration and air conditioning industry.(2) As research methods, this article choose the method of entropy as index weight of refrigeration and air conditioning industry listed companies. And use of arithmetic sequence of time-latitude weights for empowerment; in considering the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, the growth of listed companies, based on the use of ideal point method, with the Euclidean norm as distance measure, calculated listed companies of refrigeration and air conditioning industry consider the case of growth and the ideal point of similarity, as the basis for the final ranking of refrigeration and air conditioning industry listed companies.(3) Analyze the static performance evaluation of listed companies and the dynamic performance evaluation considered of the growth of static evaluation basis of annual report 2005-2009 data. The results show that, Qingdao Haier, Gree, Midea's performance ranking the top three among listed companies in refrigeration and air conditioning industry, while the last three is Yantai Wanhua,*ST Guoxiang, ST Chun-Ian; Finally, Analyze the results of static and dynamic performance of refrigeration and air conditioning industry listed companies.(4) Proposed to improve the performance evaluation of refrigeration and air conditioning industry listed companies on analyze of performance evaluation of 2005 to 2009:Increase R & D investment, ongoing product innovation and technological innovation; improve product quality, strengthen brand building; under the guidance of national policy, and vigorously develop energy-saving, health and green refrigeration and air conditioning products.
