Improved Research On Business Sector Performance Evaluation For A Express Corporate In Fujian

Along with the rapid development of social economy and the sharp improvement in science and technology, the entire world is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities because of the global information network and the formation of global market. Express industry is an emerging industry, which has broad market prospects and development potential. How to make the express industry healthy and orderly developed, has become an urgent problem to be solved at present. In China’s express delivery market, there are three forces, they are state-owned courier companies, foreign express delivery companies and private courier companies. In recent years, the development speed of private courier companies continue to accelerate, but there are also problems such as lower management level, smaller brand influence and lacking of operational experience. Building a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system, evaluating the performance of the corporate department comprehensively, reflecting of the level of department operations, improving sector management capacity, thus enhancing the overall competitiveness of enterprises to respond to market competition, is particularly important.In view of this, regarding improving the performance of business sector of A express corporate in Fujian, this paper used literature research, field investigations to carried out a series of research. First of all, the paper begined with the research background and research significance of express corporate, reviewed the research status at home and abroad and extracted the research content of this article. Secondly, the article reviewed the related concepts of Courier and Courier companies, illustrated the related theory of performance evaluation, which had laid a foundation for the following business sector performance evaluation. Thirdly, the paper made a brief introduction of A courier company in Fujian, stressed the responsibilities of the three business sector, analyzed the current situation of business sector performance evaluation, and pointed out the existing problems. Again, combining with improved performance evaluation principles, this paper reconstructed the business sector, and determined the performance evaluation index for three business units. On this basis, when to determine the weight of index in business sectors, triangular fuzzy AHP was used to determine indicators of subjective weight, entropy method was used to determine objective index weight, and a combination of weighting method was used to determine the comprehensive index weight. Finally, based on improved sector performance evaluation system,360-degree performance evaluation method was used to improve the company’s performance evaluation process, then it achieved good results.
