With the advance of modern science and the growing propagation of scientific management methods,capacity of increasing profit is becoming less and less by reducing material and human comsumption of production.In times of hardship,there is a growing discovery that improving logistic system can bring enterprise handsome profit.So modern design and transformation of production logistic system in small and medium manufacturing enterprises will become the focus of many manufacturing enterprises. Based on this,the thesis took comprehensive analysis, improvement and simulation research on the production logistic system of automobile parts workshop of Harbin DH company.Through that the logistic efficiency of the system will be improved,the logistic cost will be decreased,the capacity of present system will be exploited and more economic benefits of the enterprise can be created.Meanwhile,useful references will be provided for other machine manufacturing enterprises in improving and designing production logistic system.Reseraching and applying dynamics and developing trends of production logistic system in domestic and overseas were studied on the basis of a mass of related literatures,and concepts,types,characteristics,analysis methods and optimization principles were also detailedly discussed in the dissertation.Overall systematic analysis and simulation research were taken to present production logistic system of automobile parts workshop of DH company,the existenced problems were defined clearly,design plan was pointed out and a simulation research was made.Then,maximizedly exploiting production capacity of improved system was discussed.Combining theories with practice is one of the main principles of this research.Investigation of further practical production was taken.A lot of related information and data of parts workshop production logistic system was obtained.The data obtained was processed with SPSS mathematical statistics software and data distribution was defined clearly.According to the practical production condition of workshop,the methods of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis were used.Analysis was taken to present production logistic system of workshop,the existenced problems were defined clearly,and foundation was made for the evaluation of improved scheme.In the process of present situation analysis,application with Witness simulation software was taken to the overall producing process , and bottle-neck problem was found by the results of simulation.According to concrete problems existed in automobile parts workshop,improvement scheme was designed and a simulation research was made.By comparing the new scheme with the old one can proof that the new one can solve concrete problems existing in original scheme effectively.Meanwhile,maximizedly production capacity of improved system was exploited.The main results of the research include the following three aspects:1)After integrating the results of logistic analysis and simulation,the problems existed in the present logistic system of the automobile parts workshop were found.Then it analyzed the reasons and factors that influence the well-balanced system.2)In allusion to the concrete problems in the production logistic system,the present production logistic system was designed.The improved scheme simulation was made with Witness simulation software.By comparing the improved scheme with the original one can proof superiority of the improved scheme.3)In the presuppose of unlimiting daily output,a simulation was made to the improved scheme with Witness simulation software.Peak capacity of improved scheme was exploited.It also can provide reference for long-term development of enterprises in the future.
