Purchase management has been becoming one important component for fine management of deep development of real estate industry and one important element to promote core competitiveness strength to directly affect the economic interests of enterprises and the implementation of strategy.This article comprehensively and systematically elaborates the important tasks of real estate purchase management---establishment of purchase management plan, supplier management, contract management, procurement cost control and analysis.
