Study On Project Cost Management For A Company On The Equipment Purchase

In the new supply chain environment,the traditional procurement cost control management model has been unable to meet their own requirements and fierce competition.Enterprise cost control and management,in fact,not just the product itself,the cost of the price,but covers the entire supply chain products in the flow of all the costs incurred,including design,production,transportation,they will affect the procurement costs of enterprises.In China,the cost control of procurement has not been the attention of most enterprises in the management methods and effectiveness are lagging behind the level of developed countries,our business in the face of global competition,lost its edge.In the supply chain theory and practice are mature environment,the procurement concept has changed,the purchase price is no longer a major factor in procurement costs,and sometimes too low purchase price,may lead to high procurement costs.Enterprises must consider various factors that affect cost control in order to obtain higher profits.If the supply chain management thinking,the successful construction and implementation of supply chain management,which need to rely on procurement cost control,which is the basic link in supply chain management,so that procurement cost control in the supply chain management plays a vital.Therefore,this paper discusses the control of TCO cost in project procurement from the perspective of supply chain.By correcting the misunderstanding of "low cost reduction",this paper guides enterprises to establish the correct supply chain management,purchasing management and Cost management concept,and to raise the focus on cost control of procurement.By discussing the concept of purchasing and total cost of ownership in the supply chain environment,the factors influencing the cost control are analyzed in detail,and the methods of cost control are summarized.Based on the TCO model of procurement cost analysis,the impact of procurement aspects of the actual project to analyze and improve the factors.On the one hand,this paper attempts to manage the suppliers rationally through the TCO management model,reduce the cost in the process of supplier management,and establish the evaluation method of the suppliers through the model.On the other hand,through the cost analysis of TCO,the paper analyzes the factors that influence the procurement cost in the company's internal activities,and controls the unreasonable purchase cost in the internal activities by improving the procurement process,purchasing methods and payment methods.In this paper,I participated in the A company's laboratory expansion project in the test equipment procurement projects,the A company in the procurement of equipment encountered in the cost control problem as a research object,A company in the equipment purchase process and cost control process In the problems encountered,to identify the cause of cost control.Secondly,from the internal process analysis and improvement of the factors affecting the cost control,operating as the starting point,to achieve the cost of the cost of the company's cost control,control.Through the combination of case,data and theory,this paper demonstrates the effectiveness of TCO cost control on cost control in purchasing projects.
