Management Research For Construction Project Cost Plan Of East Passenger Station Of Dongjun County

With the continuous development of economy, the urban population of Donjun County has grown up from 80,000 to 150,000. The original station has operated for 40 years, so the facilities are really old. Especially after the inviting investment, the passengers are booming, which causes traffic jam frequently. In order to solve the traffic pressure, promote the development of traffic, economy, tourism and culture, achieve the aim of traffic integration of village and city, it is of vital importance to build a new station in the east of the city. In order to ensure the success of the project, this paper describes the management research for the project expense plan. This research provides the reference for investment, the data concerned for the local government, and reliable guarantee to optimize resource fully, reduce the cost, save expense, and promote the smooth execution in accordance with the plan.The paper generalizes the aim of the construction project firstly, including the investment amount (15,500,000RMB), the construction period (2 years), and total area (53,653 m2). As the second standard of national passenger station, it can satisfy the demand of the urban and rural population in this county, and even passengers from other places.Based on the theory of modern project management and project cost management, the paper takes the construction project of East passenger station in Dongjun County as a model, the project cost plan as research object. It adopts WBS, graph, Monte Carlo method and technical tools, carries out theoretical and empirical analysis research to resource plan, const estimation, cost budget, risk and control in execution. In this paper, it is a new cognition and breakthrough in the opinion that the management to staff is the potential element to reduce cost, and improve economic benefit. That is to say, the decision-making level, scientific level of the management and technical level, creative ability, work duty of the workers are the key points for the establishment, execution, improvement and control of cost plan. The stimulation will reduce construction period, save invest cost, which can bring enormous and potential benefit. The function of the management lies in exploring the potential benefit, the bigger, and the better.The management research can find the vulnerability in the cost management in time, and amend or renew it accordingly. The full and equal use of resource in resource plan can save cost to the greatest extent. The paper gives reasonable and suitable advice to cost estimation. It also provides adjusting suggestion to cost budget. Meanwhile, it adds emergency budget and intensifies intendance control after the evaluation of execution risk. Finally, by cost differentia analysis approach, it provides cost management measures to execution results after the contrast and assessment.
