Surgical instruments is the general term for a variety of medical equipment during surgery, There are 6,000 varieties and specifications in our country, but still can not meet all clinical needs. However, with the continuous improvement of technological level, minimally invasive surgical instruments industry in China started, and gradually developed a number of proprietary products. It fills the domestic gap in the market, and promoted a rapid development of China's surgical instruments industry. At present, China has the largest number of minimally invasive surgery, but the use of minimally invasive medical device products made in China, is less than 20 percent of the total domestic use. Although in the past decade, the growth rate of minimally invasive medical device market is always faster than the pharmaceutical market, the industry is still in "primary" stage. The future of minimally invasive surgical instruments market is very bright and has broad prospects for development. Minimally invasive surgery class medical equipment industry has become a sunrise industry in China.Because the production of minimally invasive surgical instruments involves many industries, such as high-tech industry, new materials industry, software industry, rubber industry and other industries, and a lot of scientific and technical personnel, skilled workers, managers, etc. are needed also, it is a very important industry with high added value. So, it can promote employment, optimize industrial structure, and can have huge social and economic benefits. China already has made great efforts to develop minimally invasive endoscopic surgical instruments and medical equipment, but the industry is a multi-disciplinary, knowledge-intensive, capital-intensive high-tech industry, with higher barriers to entry. To start and build an integrated industrial development of minimally invasive surgery manufacturing base, the project has a high degree of investment risk. This paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the risk analysis on the minimally invasive surgery comprehensive manufacturing base for industrial R & D project, according to the risk management theory home and abroad. The total thesis is consisted of seven parts. Preamble describes the background, significance and technical line of this study. Second part gives a brief of the project risk assessment process and analytical tools. The third chapter introduces the integrated industrial development of minimally invasive surgery of the basic manufacturing base, and analyzes the status of the project market. In chapter IV, the project risk factors were identified, using the method of expert score. 7 major project risks are identified out of 8. Then, a quantitative analysis is made to compute the weight of each factor on the basis of the analytical hierarchy process. The analysis points that research and development risk, competitive risk, raw material supply risk and technology risk are the important risks in minimally invasive surgery comprehensive industrial development and manufacturing base project, and need to be given great attention. At the same time, the other risks should also be taken into account, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. Finally, summarize the full paper.
