Research On Innovations Of Supply Chain Finance In Commercial Bank

This paper aims to study the innovation of Supply chain finance in Commercial Bank of China. Firstly, this paper studied the origin of the supply chain finance, then reviewed the relevant domestic and foreign research results in recent years and analyzed the status of the mode of the supply chain finance in domestic commercial banks. To make a better research, the paper introduced structured finance theory, transaction cost theory, principal agent theory, supply chain finance theory and the theory of enterprise risk management which is closely related to this study. This provides a theoretical basis to study how commercial banks to make the business maintain the continued vitality through innovation in the context of supply chain that has been formed, supply chain management thinking that has matured and the domestic supply chain that has been in the growth stage. This paper analyzed the problems of the supply chain finance in China's commercial banks, On this basis, this paper adopt the gradual approach to study the direction of innovation and the path of supply chain finance in China's commercial banks. This paper focused on the design of innovation of customer development models, financing by way of security, technology platform, operating system, risk management tools, and constructed a model of "1+1+1", the dynamic real estate collateral security, online IT platform, professional operation of the system and the overall management of risk with the purpose of providing a comprehensive, focused, practical and innovative ways for domestic commercial banks and with the purpose of improving the mechanism of innovation of supply chain finance in commercial banks. This has some practical significancefor the promotion of the competitiveness and reputation of domestic commercial banking market.
