According to the complicated macroeconomic environment, we conducted thorough analysis for one famous Chinese real estate enterprise- Zhejiang Guangsha Co.,Ltd. It can be a major task for the company developer and marketing department to distinguish it in the competition, to exploit it advantages to the full, and to make a successful market strategy with a flying score sales volume which Serves future development.In this thesis, we conducted industry analysis, trend analysis, competition analysis, Porter's Five Forces Model analysis and SWOT analysis; we also evaluated macroeconomic policy and the negative impact of financial crisis from US. Based on above study, we draw a conclusion that company should change its strategy and figured out a practical marketing solution for company as well. At last, the thesis will target its prospects and set up the proper marketing strategy.Under the current complicated macroeconomic environment, we hope this research will be beneficial to Chinese real estate companies.
