Along with the development of new technology and market oriented economy, enterprise's competition is intense gradually, and the enterprise competitive power's height is decided to a great extent by the company human resources management level, but human resources management level's fit and unfit quality manifest directly, in the staff drives on. Along with the drive function's unceasing appearance, more and more companies realize this point fully. The paper takes A Corporation as an example, firstly makes the investigation and study analysis on its present staff incent, obtains low reasons of the present drive efficiency, afterward makes the further investigation and study analysis to the staff demand present situation, then obtains the different demand degrees of drive factors of the staff. In the generalized analysis of incentive flaws and staff demands, the paper proposes a synthesis drive strategy based on the salary drive and cultural incentives.The present paper uses the method of combining theory and practice, as well as qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis, mainly utilizes the content drive theory and the process drive theory. Through the analysis of present incent situation of A company, puts forward the proposal of performance-based pay system and focus on the reasonableness of salary structure; Flexible benefits and science of reward and punishment mechanism; Building a people-oriented corporate culture must be people-oriented Publicizing, while creating a human atmosphere and paying attention to training and career planning to increase the level of staff motivation...
