Along with the economic and social development and progress,the development of China's financial market,domestic financial industry also gradually to the prefecture level to promote development,need a lot of bank employees,banking talent has become a kind of sustainable resources,for a financial industry,to manage their own financial training of talents,establish and maintain an effective competitive enhance staff team,you will need to finance attaches great importance to the employees incentive work,to arouse the staffs intiative and creativity,to improve the competitiveness of Banks as well.Based on the analysis of the incentive theory,the paper is written by the employees of H bank shaoyang branch.Paper first system to study the related basic theory of incentives,and by way of questionnaire survey online,personal interview,field investigation and research conducted in-depth practice.Analyzed the structure characteristics of on-the-job employees who works in the H bank shaoyang branch,second,investigation H bank employees in terms of satisfaction,salary incentive mode,career development planning,performance management,and other aspects of the incentive status,think that the bank in employee satisfaction with pay structure is imperfect,lacks scientific management;employee improvement performance is not sound;staff training incentive is not perfect,main problems such as spiritual not in-depth.However,the fierce competition in the area and the inadequacy of internal incentive mechanism in the area of shaoyang branch of H bank are the main reasons for the above incentive problems.The countermeasures for these problems are:to set up the dynamic adjustment mechanism of employees'salary,to implement the "starting salary",and to increase the transparency of pay payment,so as to enhance the competitiveness of pay incentives.We will strengthen the construction of software and hardware for the welfare system,implement a flexible welfare policy and constantly improve the welfare incentive system.Enrich training content and form,strengthen training incentive;Pay attention to performance guidance,communication and feedback,scientific application of assessment results,and improve performance appraisal system;Constantly optimize the mental stimulation system and gradually form the long-term mechanism of employee motivation..Although this paper is an example of the promotion value analysis of bank employee satisfaction in the case of shaoyang branch of H bank,it is also adapted to other enterprises.Bank enterprise comprehensive use incentives to improve employee satisfaction is the inevitable trend,is on the development of the our country commercial bank to a deeper level,and improve enterprise performance appraisal result precision science.
