Information, which plays a vital role in the whole logistics activities, is the main indicator of the level of Logistics system efficiency in 21st century. Logistics Information Platform can integrate social idle resources and information, and for the system user provide information services and assistance for decision-making. Although there are a lot of plans of Common information platform for logistics around our country, the planning and design theories are immaturity. Therefore, research on logistics common information platform is of great practical significance, and is an urgent task.In this paper, the existing common Logistics Information Platform System was studied, and the appropriate function of common logistics information platform construction system was proposed. This paper detailed the function of the logistics information platform, summarized the experience and focus during Logistics Information Platform building. Information platform and business model were analyzed and then information platform suit for China's logistics business model and operating mechanism was recommended. This Paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, describing the background of the paper, the development of domestic and international status and significance of thesis research.The second part, illustrates the needs analysis of common logistics information platform, based on information requirements from the logistics business, the main body of logistics information needs and functional-level logistics information platform.The third and fourth parts are the important chapters of this thesis. The third chapter shows the main functions of logistics information platform, sorts out the important information of existing platform. The basic functions of logistics information platform and expansion Function is determined through statistical analysis.. The fourth chapter introduces the available business model of common Logistics Information Platform. After analyzing the existing business model, we conclude the operating mode of logistics information platform suit for this stage.Chapter Five gives an example of the application of the preceding chapter conclusions.
