The Study On Identifying And Conversion Of Region's Declining Industry

The globe economy is in the Period that both technology and industry are changing promptly,and it is common that some industries rise up while others go down.With the development of national economy,some industries that had do great good to national economy get declining.They can not do good like before and some of them even became the obstacles to the work of industry structure promotin. In order to keep the economy advancing continuously,also for developing economy better to change the disadvantage status of our country in the world's division of labour.The declining industry of region must be converted.Nowadays,the studies on declining industry conversion are done mostly from the of nation.The studies on special region are primarily done in those resource-based cities. But the studies of declining industry in non-resource-based cities are less to the region. The process of industry advancing has obvious regional attrbution,it shouldn't be done with the achievements of national level study.If the regional atrribution of declining industry is neglected,it will block the further study on the character of declining industry and its declining reason,and it will also result the lack of operation and focalization. Second.Introduce the four types of conversion work:Reengineering of enterprise'technology capability,Industry region transfer,Industry extension and Indusrty innovation.
