Beijing Mentougou 500kV substation put into operation, the Lv village, Mentougou 220kV ~ 500kV double circuit transmission line station take the main task of the load transfer, to improve Lvmen double lines transmission capacity, taking into account the lines of the old situation, protect the power grid safe and reliable operation, integrated Consider the situation of status quo situation and long-term planning, implementation of the transformation of the double lines of great significance.In this paper, the Lvmen of the 220kV transmission line renovation project overview of current situation in the region and the problems of power and the necessity of building on the basis, respectively, from technical factors, security factors and social environmental factors to evaluate the feasibility of the project analysis and established a line transformation project feasibility evaluation system, which includes the technical evaluation of substation design, routing and insulation design in three aspects; economic analysis, including wire selection, methods and construction methods jumper three aspects;environmental analysis including environmental impact analysis, environmental risk analysis and preventive measures and countermeasures. On this basis, the use of AHP based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model line transformation comprehensive evaluation of the project and concluded that it can not affect the general results of the premise, the complex things simple and efficient. Transmission lines established by this comprehensive evaluation index system reconstruction project can be used not only to evaluate the feasibility of the project, transformation project can be carried out on the other line decision support.
