As infromation technology and globalization develops, China's TV media is struggling to change and explore a way to improve, under the enormous pressure from survival.In recent years, China's TV media has been working hard to implement "enterprise management of institution units". However, the current mode of human resource management in the majority of China's TV media, which is critical to any enterprise, has still been stuck in the traditional Personnel management. These outmoded management concept, system, objects and other factors have severely obstructed the development of TV media.Human resource management reform in China's TV media may start from its institutional changes. Now some TV media are getting to implement the production and broadcasting system in the form of double tracks. This is an effective method to break the bottleneck of management system.On the basis of enterprise management, this thesis has explored many means from corporate strategic perspective, to fully exploit human resources and promote China's TV media, such as perfomance management, compensation management and training and development.
