Research On Producing Site's Improvement Of J Company's Assemble Plant

Producing Site is the most active place of company management, it transforms labor directly, it transforms the objects of labor to productions. As a result of products are made at the production site, the quality, the cost and the benefits level are all achieved at site.This paper starts from the theories and methods of IE site improvement, and combines team-oriented improving program at the same time, it aims at the site management and site improvement problem of J company's assemble plant, then, it makes systematic research and analysis from circuit procedure, working group operation, line balancing,5S management etc. In order to resolve the recurring problems of site and the problem which customers complained frequently, this paper researched the theories and methods of 8D team oriented problem solving and consumer-driven 6-Sigma. This paper wants to resolve the site management and site improvement problem of J company' s assemble plant, in order to improve products' quality and productivity, cut down the cost of production.This paper researched the site improvement problem of J company's assemble plant, it uses the theories and methods of IE site improvement and team-oriented improvement program, then, it makes and implements the site improvement program, at last, it analyzes the beneficial result of the site improvement program, and this program has achieved good result indeed. The research of this paper could also become a reference to the similar enterprise.
