The first national tourism resorts in China were born in 1992, which were mainly established for international tourists. With the development of China's rapid economic, the demand for leisure tourism of domestic residents is increasing. According to the actual situation, some provinces establish the relevant provincial tourism resort. Although the development of Chinese resort area experienced nearly two decades, the products of many mainly stay in the level of tourism, the tourist resorts which provide real leisure and tourism product are relatively rare. Therefore, there is much room for improvement about the tourism resortsIn fact, most scholars conducted related research about early stages of development of tourism resorts. Despite the management of tourism resorts was involved, the comprehensive analysis and quantitative analysis was relatively small. For the resorts, the data and possible problems of early stage of development are with certain predictability, there is a certain gap with the problems in practice. So the guide of the related strategies and problems are mainly theory, in contrast, it is need to make factual strategies through actual situation and data. Therefore, this paper conducts related research from the aspect of actual situation and analysis the problems of management of tourism resorts through the real data.In recent years, tourism brands begin to be attention by the tourism supply-side, various kinds of tourist advertisement are increasing, and tourists are more and more concern tourism brand. However, the brand of tourist places seems to stay the level of government-led, tourism suppliers seem to be dependent on the role of government. Under the market economy in today, tourism enterprises need to change the concept and create scenic brand.In addition to scenic brand, it is fierce for tourism market in China. At present, the tourism market is basically in a stage of buyer's market. In order to meet diverse market needs, the main tourist supply must create innovation products. With the competition of tourism market, the main supply needs to create constantly innovation products. The Resort has its own unique characteristics, but many tourist resorts have the problem that has not obvious holiday products. Then they don't become sightseeing tourist areas.With China's economic development, the residents increase the quality of service requirements, the State Council pays attention to the service quality improvement more and more. In early 2010, the National Tourism Administration issued the document "on the development of tourism activities for enhancing the quality of service " (Travel Ban Fa [2009] 197). The National Tourism Administration decides to promote the level of service through series of activities with the "2010 National Tourism Service Quality Year", the quality of tourism services have caused the attention of the national government, it is urgent to improve China's tourism service quality.Brands, products and services are the problems of tourism industry in China; this paper finds the same problems of Wanfo Lake Resort through the survey data by the aspects of supply and demand. Therefore, this paper proposes the direction and promotion strategies from three aspects in order to provide practical guidance for tourism development and relevant theoretical reference for tourist resort research.On brand promotion, the main task is to clear tourism brand positioning and create lake resort brand by a variety of brand marketing tools. The aim is to make travel poke Lake Resort brand enduring. On product enhancements, it is mainly to improve the basic tourist facilities, rich holiday product system, increase the resort's night leisure projects and mining feature holiday merchandise, expecting to achieve sustainable development of Wanfo lake tourism. On service promotion, it aims to put forward some measures to improve the quality of services in Wanfo Lake Resort from tourism supply, tourism demand and the application of technology. The measures are to establish the concepts of people-oriented management and tourist-focused service and pay attention to technology applications in the tourism industry.In short, the paper argues that it is to promote quality of tourism through the features of tourism products and tourism service quality. Meanwhile, it is to achieve sustainable development through integration of comprehensive means and marketing methods.
