The Study On The Constructions Of New Rural And Expanding Rural Consumption

Recently,the construction of new countryside in China can solve the dual economy and the "san nong" questions, and expanding consumptions of rural residents in China is in favor of changing the mode of economic development and improving rural residents living important measures. Expanding rural consumer need to strengthen constructions of new rural and strengthening constructions of new rural also need to expand consumptions of rural residents. Therefore, the study on the constructions of new rural and expanding consumptions of rural residents has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper starts from literature review and the theoretical basis. First, we analyze the connections between the new rural constructions and expanding rural residents' consumption. For the empirical analysis, we selected the data of rural households'per capita annual consumer spending, per capita net income of rural households and the rural fixed assets investment from 1985 to 2009. Then we got the conclusion that increasing rural income and improving the rural infrastructure construction investment can expand the rural residents' consumption. Second, with the reality of our country, this paper summarized the new rural communities'construction's effect on expanding he rural residents' consumption: to improve rural residents'income; to improve the rural consumer environment; to improve the rural consumer environment; to strengthen rural consumer confidence. This paper also summarized expanding the rural residents' consumption is good for new rural constructions at the same time: it is "production development" of rural power for long; it is the rural "affluent life" essence request; it is the necessary condition of rural "polite". Finally, from the analyzes and summarizes before, we can conclude that China should push forward the building of a new socialist countryside first, then through guiding rural consumer to achieve the purpose of building a new countryside, and then give some suggestion: emphatically expand rural residents income; Perfect rural consumption environment; Speed up the rural pension, medical security system construction; Reasonable guide rural consumer.The innovation of this paper is: There have been some scattered academic achievements about the research on how the new rural constructions to expand consumptions of rural residents. But according to the literature search perspective, this paper is the first paper which systematically expounds the relationship between the construction of new rural and expanding rural consumer. The suggestions about the construction of new rural and expanding rural consumer are very useful.
